2-3 packs Lily’s Homemade Iberico Belly Shabu
Clear bone broth or Kombu dashi
Assorted leafy greens (Spinach, Cabbage)
Tofu and Shiitake mushrooms
Instructions
Simmer: Bring your favorite broth to a light simmer in a central pot.
Swish: Use chopsticks to dip a slice of Iberico Belly Shabu into the broth.
The "3-Second Rule": Because these slices are so thin and high-quality, they only need 3-5 seconds to cook. Overcooking will lose the delicate texture!
Dip: Serve with a simple dipping sauce of soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh chili.
