1 packs (250g) Lily’s Homemade Sliced Pork Belly
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Ginger, grated
Optional: Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions
Sear: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Lay the Sliced Pork Belly flat. Because our pork is premium and fatty, you don't need extra oil! Sear until golden and crispy (about 3 mins per side).
Glaze: Lower the heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Thicken: Pour in the honey and soy sauce. Let it bubble and coat the pork slices until the sauce becomes a sticky glaze.
Serve: Plate over steamed rice or cauliflower rice for a keto-friendly option.
