1 pack Enoki mushrooms
1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce or a simple pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Prep: Take one slice of Iberico Belly Shabu and wrap it tightly around a small bundle of enoki mushrooms.
Flash Fry: Place the wraps in a hot skillet, seam-side down.
Quick Cook: Roll them around for 2–3 minutes. The thin shabu slices cook almost instantly.
