Lily's Homemade Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Lily's Homemade Affiliate Program ("Program"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By registering as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Lily's Homemade reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Lily's Homemade website.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

Affiliate means an individual or business approved by Lily's Homemade to participate in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Code means the unique referral code or referral link assigned to an Affiliate.

Qualified Purchase means a completed customer order that meets the requirements for commission eligibility.

Commission means the referral reward earned by an Affiliate for Qualified Purchases.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain valid payment details.
  • Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Lily's Homemade reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission

Affiliates are eligible to earn commission on Qualified Purchases made using their Affiliate Code or referral link.

The applicable commission rate, promotional bonuses and incentive structures will be communicated through the Affiliate Dashboard, official Lily's Homemade communications or other channels designated by Lily's Homemade.

Lily's Homemade reserves the right to revise commission rates, bonus incentives and promotional campaigns at any time.

4. Qualified Purchases

Commission is payable on customer purchases with a minimum order value of RM1.00.

Commission is calculated based on the final amount paid by the customer after all discounts have been applied.

Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, store credits and refunded amounts are excluded from commission calculations.

5. Commission Approval

All commissions remain in Pending status for 7 days after an order has been completed.

This approval period allows Lily's Homemade to verify:

  • Successful payment
  • Order fulfilment
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Refund requests
  • Cancellation requests

Only Approved commissions are eligible for payment.

6. Refunds & Cancelled Orders

Commission will not be paid on:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded orders
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Orders that violate Lily's Homemade policies

If commission has already been paid for an order that is subsequently refunded, cancelled or deemed fraudulent, Lily's Homemade reserves the right to deduct the commission from future payments.

7. Commission Payments

There is no minimum payout amount.

Approved commissions will be paid on or before the 15th day of each month.

Only commissions that have completed the 7-day approval period before the payment processing date will be included in that month's payment.

Commissions approved after the payment processing date will automatically roll forward to the following month's payment.

Payments will be made via bank transfer or any other payment method approved by Lily's Homemade.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains accurate and up to date.

8. Self-Purchases

Affiliates may earn commission on their own purchases.

However, Lily's Homemade reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any commission where it reasonably believes the Affiliate Program is being abused, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple Affiliate accounts
  • Artificially generating commissions
  • Fraudulent purchases
  • Self-referrals intended to exploit the Program
  • Any activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Affiliate Program

All decisions regarding commission eligibility are final.

9. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote Lily's Homemade honestly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about Lily's Homemade products.
  • Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection and social media laws.
  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
  • Protect and uphold the reputation of the Lily's Homemade brand.

10. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Create fake or fraudulent orders.
  • Make false or misleading product claims.
  • Use deceptive advertising.
  • Send unsolicited spam via email, SMS or social media.
  • Impersonate Lily's Homemade or its employees.
  • Use Lily's Homemade trademarks in paid advertising without written permission.
  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive conduct.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Affiliate account.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, marketing materials and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Lily's Homemade.

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved promotional materials solely for promoting Lily's Homemade products.

12. Brand Protection

Affiliates must not publish or distribute content that:

  • Is false or misleading.
  • Is offensive, discriminatory or illegal.
  • Damages the reputation of Lily's Homemade.
  • Misrepresents Lily's Homemade products or services.

Lily's Homemade may require any promotional material to be amended or removed at any time.

13. Privacy

By participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliates consent to Lily's Homemade collecting and processing personal information necessary to administer the Program.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and Lily's Homemade's Privacy Policy.

Information will only be shared where necessary for payment processing, legal compliance or operation of the Affiliate Program.

14. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties or other government charges arising from commissions earned through the Affiliate Program unless otherwise required by Malaysian law.

15. Suspension & Termination

Lily's Homemade may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account immediately if:

  • These Terms are breached.
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • The Affiliate damages the Lily's Homemade brand.
  • False or misleading information has been provided.
  • The Affiliate engages in unlawful conduct.

Termination may result in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions relating to invalid or fraudulent transactions.

16. Changes to the Program

Lily's Homemade reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, including but not limited to changes to:

  • Commission rates
  • Bonus incentives
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Payment schedules
  • Program benefits
  • Program rules
  • Eligible products

Changes become effective upon publication on the Lily's Homemade website or notification through official Affiliate communication channels.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily's Homemade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

Lily's Homemade does not guarantee any particular level of sales, referrals or earnings.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Lily's Homemade Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
