Roma salami has bigger chunks of fat that melt in the month. This Roman style salami has a surprisingly peppery kick to it. Unlike most salamis this one is pressed when fermenting. Not sure why (maybe its space saving technique for more salamis) but its just a fun little thing that they do in Rome.
Ingredients: Premium pork, salt, spices, cure
