Every salami maker needs to have a Parma in their collection. We slice it soooo thin that you can almost see though it. This little one has been ageing for over 11 months.
What an amazing flavour and aroma. Probably one on the best thing we have eaten in a long time. Slice up some honey dew or fresh strawberry and the combo of sweet and savoury is just AMAZING.
